ADDICTIONS THERAPY

Are you struggling with remaining sober during the pandemic? Do you need additional support to refocus your goals? Have you relapsed and need someone to help you take back your life again? In my sessions we will work on processing your addiction and stressors, goal directing, coping skills, self esteem building, and communication skills that will encourage the healing process for you to begin living again.

ADOLESCENT DBT AND CBT GROUP

Adolescents often struggle with mental health and feelings of being misunderstood and alone. They often struggle in silence and have difficulty reaching out. In my adolescent group I will bring together individuals struggling with mental health and provide a safe environment for them to discuss their feelings and get feed back from peers. Some topics discussed in this group are self esteem building, communicating with parents, DBT coping skills to manage depression/anxiety and other mental health conditions, relationship building, healthy relationships, and CBT skills that will promote change of thoughts and ability to cope with negative emotions. I often tailor this group to the needs of the clients.

ADULT ADDICTIONS GROUP

Are you struggling to find sober friends or individuals who are also struggling with addiction? Do you need the support of peers and a professional to help you remain sober? Are you looking for a safe place to discuss thoughts, feelings, and urges without judgement? My group is designed to help you get the support you need in a judgement free zone. In this group, we will discuss triggers, process current feelings, promote encouragement, and work on self esteem building. This group is support for individuals in aftercare or who have at least 1 month sobriety.
